Anderson Marques

Hi! I'm Anderson, but call me Andy.

I am a Product Designer from the vibrant northeast region of Brazil, now living in Vancouver, Canada. I enjoy creating user-centric experiences for the modern human being.

I have 5 years of design experience working across both graphic and digital media. My journey started exploring branding and print, then moved into digital media, which helped me transition to web design and user experience design - where I discovered one of my true passions.

I graduated from Universidade Tiradentes with a degree in Graphic Design. I loved the user-centered design methodologies I learned in school, and I constantly strive to evolve and keep learning more. I specialized in Mobile Development at PUC Minas and in Web and Mobile Design and Development at Langara College.

My interest in art and design began early, as I used to draw and paint frequently. Over time, I developed a strong interest in technology, leading me to realize that I could create visual experiences that positively impact people's lives through design.

I take inspiration from everything around me, whether it's street sign typography or a simple receipt from my favorite coffee shop. Embracing diverse cultures and empathizing with people's different perspectives is also a key part of my design process.
